EMPOWERING ADHD MINDS
Adult ADHD Skills Group
Launching September 29, 2026. Now Enrolling.
Knowing what to do isn't always enough when ADHD symptoms interfere with work, relationships, organization, and daily life.
A structured skills-based program designed to help adults better understand ADHD and develop practical strategies for everyday life.
A Practical Approach to Living With ADHD
Empowering ADHD Minds is a structured 15-week Adult ADHD Skills Group offered through Interlocking Psychology.
The program combines psychoeducation, practical strategies, guided discussion, and skills practice to help adults better understand how ADHD affects everyday functioning.
Rather than simply learning more about ADHD, participants will work on practical ways to manage challenges involving time, organization, memory, emotions, relationships, and daily routines.

For the weekly groups, a new enrollment period will open for the next 15-week cycle after the current cohort is completed.
The third-Saturday group is also a closed group and follows its scheduled third-Saturday meeting format.
